Weyer & Sons Heating & Cooling, Inc. is a family-owned HVAC service, repair, and installation company providing services based in Washington county. Since 1978, Weyer & Sons Heating & Cooling has been planning, designing, and installing high-quality home comfort and control systems for satisfied homeowners in Germantown, Hartford, Richfield, Slinger, West Bend, and the surrounding communities.
Our History – Nowadays people choose a career, but you might say we were born into ours. Back in the late 1940’s/early 1950’s, Weyer Brothers Construction was started by Clarence, Norb, Jim, and LaVern Weyer. They were building brick ranch homes in the Menomonee Falls, Richfield, and Slinger areas. In 1978, after years of helping his father and uncles, Dale Weyer decided to venture off on his own into the HVAC end of things. Starting out with ambition and strong family business values, he began using his previous experience to grow a heating and air conditioning company.
In 1986 and 1990 Dale’s sons, Tony and Ron Weyer, began working full time with him. With Dale’s patience and values, the boys were able to further their education and knowledge of the changes in the HVAC industry as products evolved into the high-efficiency era.
Moving to the Richfield Plaza in 1992, Weyer & Sons thrived due to the family attitudes that were taught; customers were treated more like friends. By the year 2001, Dale was able to step back and let the son’s take on the new challenges of the high tech era. The business has seen many new customers along with past customers who are still happy to have “one of the boys” take care of their homes.
